A person can find out about the positive side of the equation. When you have a challenge it helps to identify the concern, which takes care of ninety percent of the solution. You were born to win. Stay tough and you will prevail. You must realize this to build a massive down line. Hang in there with your project set a time commitment and go for it.
Jumping from one opportunity to the next only shows a lack of decision and stability in you planning. Teenagers are expected to fall in and out of love every few months, but married couples have committed for life. Be prepared for a marriage not a fling!
It really helps to make things simple for yourself. Would you like to have to simple task broken task broken down, or 5 difficult task which will take you forever to accomplish. Remember to break down your task to small achievable chunks.
Stay with what works. There is always the temptation to improve on the methods that experienced networkers have shown to work. Only go with what works, stay away with what should work. If a heavy hitter has a system that is working for them, then plug into and follow their lead. Show your up-line that your are teachable and they will show you everything you need to know to become know to be success Success comes when you do things over and over again until it become second nature. Another note of caution is that you should not expect from your recruits what you are not doing yourself. Your new recruits will respect you more when you lead by example. In other word they get their team members to “do the dirty work” for them. Do the same thing that you are teaching you new recruits to do.
5. Train them then let go and let them soar.
The real power of Network Marketing is the power of leverage. Rather than using 100% of your own effort, you are using 1% of the effort of a hundred. Allow your downline to create their own leverage, which means you are gaining more leverage. Don’t let them become to dependent on you. This can easily lead to rapid burnout. An amazing way to help your down line gain the leverage you now desire is to show them how to generate their own leads.
