Just wait a while and think about it.

I’m going to be checking your answers to this one!! Procrastination is my weakness. How can we set goals for ourselves and achieve them if we keep procrastinating on setting goals LOL…

Ok Sean,

This is a VERY serious problem

Start with Guinness then

you will still have that problem, yet you won’t worry quite so much

then maybe a wee bit of whiskey

The answer is self-evident. You will NOT achieve your goals if you keep procrastinating. by definition, procrastination involves putting off doing what you must do to reach your goals.

My advice — stop smoking pot and drinking alcohol. You will find that you are less distracted.

I would suggest to establish some kind of plan and focus on the success of what you want to achieve! FOCUS ON THE RESULT… Success!!! And do not let anything distract you from that! If you want it enough, you will achieve your goal. Remember; Be willing and persevere! You will be a winner!

My opinion is “dont worry about anything”,. It only shows a lack of faith in destiny. If a “goal” is meant to be attained, you will probably be nagged within, to the point that the pain will make you do something about it.
Otherwise, maybe it wasnt a goal at all, but a dream. Dont ever feel that being distracted is a bad thing. Distraction means that you are actually “being” in the moment….most people are never there.

I would say your goal is not all that important to you if you procrastinate over it. When I set a goal, it is something I am willing to die for, it would never occur to me to procrastinate over it, I need to put all my energies into attaining the goal that I want so badly. So you may want to re-evaluate what is truly important to you and why you set the goals you do.

You can’t achieve your goal if you continue to procrastinate. Practice “doing” whatever it is you need to do. Practice makes perfect plus it takes 30 days to break a habit (or form one). Good luck!
